Ideas To Sell More Gear
To many churches, CauseMart is less about raising extra money than it is a great way to raise community awareness. That said, it can be a nice little addition to your fundraising efforts without any effort on your part. Once it's set up, it more or less can run on autopilot.
There are lots of creative ways for you to move more gear. The more your community knows it’s available, and the more prominent the store is on your site, the more you will sell. We think it’s best to offer as many garment styles and colors as possible. People like choice, and like to express their individuality more than ever before. And, they are usually willing to pay a little more for that choice.
Some common ways to highlight your offering is to point out seasonal gear such as polos in the fall, sweatshirts and coats in the winter, and shorts in the spring. You might have a color of month promotion. Or limited edition artistic designs. If you’ve got a good idea, not listed, be sure to let us know.
Websites are often intimitating and an ongoing hassle for churches. There are lots of companies that can help you. If you already have someone that you are happy with and is affordable and responsive, stop now. We do a great job, but it is not our main business.
